If I decided that my cooling needed to get better cooling and wanted to get in to water cooling, Whats the most major issue I would be seeing?

because I've been hearing about leak's and hoses popping off while it was in use?

37c isn't very high, and a 4 degree jump probably isn't really worth the effort at those temps. If you're on stock cooling then I would suggest looking into high end air cooling (check out the main cooling forum).

EDIT: just saw you're using the freezer pro, thats good, but there are other air coolers that should get you at least the 3 degrees you're looking for.
