I was getting the system ready by connecting the cpu, motherboard, gpu (actually a mb cooler), and HD coolers together to test the system for leaks, and when I was pulling the tubing off of one of the valves on the HD cooler, the whole freakin' valve came out!!! Can I just use some Plastic Welder or something to smear around the 1/4 inch or so of valve that slides down into the cooler to reseal it? I would assume this would work. Also, I need some more tubing. What size do I ask for?

You could probably glue it back on with some plummers glue to make sure there aren't any leaks.

I believe the tubing is 1/4 inch...but I could be wrong

I'd epoxy that sucker in.

After it had cured for at least as long as the recommended waiting time I'd proof the system for a day before I put any components on it.

I'm still waiting for mine so I can't make any expert judgements as to the absolute best method of repair, but I'm a firm believer in good epoxy for permanent repairs short of welding or soldering and sometimes it is even better than soldering.

I think the tubing is 3/8, measure the inside and outside diameters and post the size here.

Didn't they send extra tubing with it? We've got a Lowes near here which has a great tubing rack. I'm sure I'll be a frequent visitor when I cobble up my own setup after I get tired of the Koolance or haquer it up for a difference case install.

That's definitely a bummer Patrick, best of luck with the repairs.

nope the tubes are 1/4 inch,

i would use a good epoxy to glue the valve/connector back in, go for long curing stuff fo the best restult

Well, I used the plastic welder I had and all seems to be fine. I ran it for a day with no leaks, so I think it's going to hold. Oh by the way, YOU CANNOT FIT THE IWILL XP333 IN THIS CASE WITHOUT THE DEEP FRONT BEZEL!!!! You can, but you won't be able to stick any drives in the 5.25 bays.
