Wow, I am amazed. Usually you don't hear good things about Microsoft Customer service but this time they have outdone themselves. I did the Black Friday deal and the Super Suite deal for Offic e Mac 2008. I picked Office Home and Student and they send me Special Media Edition but in the box was a letter that stated a mix up in the order system. I called and very easily they put in another order, refunded me my original $7.00 shipping, and not only that but they let me keep Special Media Edition at no cost to me. So I not only got Office Mac 2008 Special Media Edition (Retail: $410.99) BUT also Office Mac 2008 Home and Student 3 licenses (Retail: $130) for the total cost to me of $59.99.
