NB block, 6mm loop or 1/2" loop?

Here's the setup. Question further down:

  • Pump: Aquastream XT Ultra (4.2m head)
  • Rads: 2x PA160

These will cool my entire system by using the F-fittings from Swifttech to split up the loop into two parallel ones. Most of the chipset and RAM and HD blocks don't really need a high-flow, and by using the F fittings, they don't affect the flow to the CPU and GPU much.
  • 1/2" ID loop: CPU and GPU
  • 6mm ID loop: 5.6mm flow sensor, HD, RAM, SB, 2x Mosfets.

Now to the question: Where should I put the NB block? It's an EK block that will cool the X48 NB on an Asus Rampage, and it will have increased voltages. If I add it to the main 1/2" loop, it will affect the flow to the CPU and GPU more, but it would perhaps also be cooled a little better. In the 6mm loop, it might run a little hotter, but would also affect the flow of the CPU and GPU less. Or does it really matter?
