I assume you're referring to the Manufacturer field in CPU-Z? It's probably just an issue w/ CPU-Z, and not reading the Manufacturer info correctly. Download PCWizard 2008...
http://www.cpuid.com/pcwizard.php
... then select Hardware--> Mainboard--> Click on "Physical memory", and see what it shows under the "Information" tab in the lower pane.

If the sticks say wintec then they are wintec.

In that hardware wizard, it still said Crucial. I think im lucky.

I don't think so, as both programs are likely misreading your module. Regardless, as long as the RAM is performing at what it's rated at (preferrably higher if you're planning on OC'ing it of course), it really doesn't make a difference what brand it is.

If the question is "Why do my Wintec modules show Crucial as the Manufacturer?"...then the answer is because Wintec has rebadged modules made by Crucial.
This is a common practice. I recently bought HP Promo DDR2 modules that had Micron's label and chips...and even had "Crucial Technology" printed on the outside box, right along with HP's labels.
If the question is something different, then my apologies for being off target.
