OK, I'm back in town and firing up my machine to fold. But I think it started on the same one it was working on 2 weeks ago. Don't want to waste 8 hours on this WU, so how do I get another WU?

It may be the same name of WU but the actual unit will be different. Most of the WU I've done have been villin but each is different. This is because each piece is incredibly large so they split it up into smaller, more workable pieces. Fold on!! :)

I'd just delete the "work" folder. By now, all your WUs have expired so you won't have to worry about your queue and backlogged proteins

The best way to tell is to run Fold Monitor and if you see ridiculously high times you are running the same WU. If six days have expired then you need to dump and reload. Otherwise it is more benefitial to your score to finish the started unit. Even though fold monitor shows high times to completion the work rate is normal. I see this every time I have to shut down in the middle of a job. The high numbers change back to normal on the next Wu.

Oh well, the point is moot now :) Got the job done while I slept/coughed through the night.

Fold on and give HardOCP something to work for (they're catching up fast).
