Because he wants it for Canada land of a million taxes, million and a half if you add all of the various import duties. Plus shipping fees. It's better to seek what you need locally if you're remotely close to Toronto. T.O. has so many vendors you can almost always get what you want, only problem is you have to know where to look.

***edit: Can't think of any place to suggest other than bigfoot, sorry.

Me and my buddy live in St. Catherines On, beside Niagara Fallas, and we always order stuff off the web, except we get it mailed to a friend in Niagara Falls New York, then just go to the sates and stick the stuff under the seat, or in the glove box, spare tire compartment. Saved ALOT of cash on useless taxes and duties. Have you ever been to Pacific Mall in Toronto, its an Asian Mall and there is a computer vendor that has some cool items, but im not sure about waterblocks, maybe if you ask the dude that works there he mightknow something.

Sorry I don't have an answer but you might try the Pacific Mall (Kennedy & Steeles). I noticed a few vendors there carrying better overclocking supplies (heatsinks, Artic Silver, etc). So you might have some luck there. I am also attaching a link listing different vendors in the GTA. Hope you find what you need.

In toronto for cooling try Bigfoot Computers its located on Dundas Street West, they have a decent amount of stuff and specialize in cooling. I like it becuase they will beat other people prices and their staff and technical support are extremely good.

I found out www.cpuwatercool.com is planning on working with a store (that handles cash transactions) in toronto soon. I will wait until then.
