If you had to pick one of these, what one would you go with and why?

I will be running a E8400 in this with either a Ultra-120 extreme or water. (Haven't decided yet) I will be running Sli in the future but am going to run a single 8800GTX for now.

Just a heads up, I would stay away from XFX. I just finished a month long episode with them trying to get their "Customer Service" department to replace a defective board and they never lived up to their end. It is a problem with the IDE channel being bad on the board so I can't use IDE devices. The SATA channels are all good so I could use the board but the IDE is worthless. They don't seem to think that is a motherboard issue. Long-long story but suffice it to way their warranty and support is worthless. All things being equal I advise to stay away from their products.

I have had mixed feelings about XFX. One time I had the best Customer Service the other was really really unfriendly and just all around horrible, I guess its the luck of the draw. They have great products but I mean your gonna have a defective product once in your lifetime.
