Need help with geforce

Does anyone know what a 630 pico farad capacitor is? If so, do you have any idea on what kind of device might have one in them??? Its late and i just want to see if i can rig up my own s-video-to-composite adapter for my card

Class I disk(T.C) - 1 pico farad to 700 pico farad
Class II disk - 1 pico farad to 1 micro farad



Frequency
Operating frequency range is determined primarily by capacitor value and self resonance due to lead inductance.This typically occurs at 500 megahertz for 100 picofarads,decreasing to 50 megahertz at 0.01 microfarads and 10 megahertz at 0.1 microfarad.
Class I and II are chosen for frequnecy discriminating filters,DC blocking,reference circuits and similar circuits requiring close tolerance and stability.
