Do any of ya know about this, and what you think? Totaly avoids wireless. Stays on wire.

This could be a big problem solver for me instead of getting under my house and running CAT5...I could just use existing wire and free power plugs.

GREAT idea just don't know how good, or reliable it is.

TBH i have heard that thoes things dont work all that great... they do transmit the net signal good but not ANY where near the speeds stated... your looking at 56k-slowest dsl if the computers arnt on the same feed from tbe breaker box...

There is also the fact that it is possibile to backfeed your net into the grid so someone down your street could plug one in and get net... although it would be very slow they could do some damage..

And not to mention the price of the things... i would MUCH MUCH rather run a simple wifi network than these... it would be more stable faster and cost less.

Or the best way would be to run cat5 :D
