Ok I just found out I might be getting the wrong hard drive. I ordered a Maxtor Diamond Max Plus and it could be model# 5T060H6 or model # 6L060J3. Model# 6L060J3 is a ata133 and model# 5T060H6 is ata100. So if I end up with the 6L060J3 one will I still be able to use it on my Dragon+ board.

Excellent Q! I think that your ATA-133 HDD will default to ATA-100. No worries!

they're backward's compatable untill they come out with that new format. Looks something like a firewire connector.
