so i installed linux on an extra HDD to test the new ubuntu, and now going back to windows i can not access my storage HDD. In partition magic 8 it says bad, and i can not do a dskchk. It looks like the partition table was corrupted. but the data is still there (just not acessable)
im guessing linux still dosnt play well with ntfs or else this would not have happened.
in any case. dose anyone know how to recover the data on my storage HDD? any programs that may help?
windows programs would be the best, but i can try a linux one as well.
