since your motherboard is made by intel i doubt that you will be able to overclock at all...sorry, and welcome to the forums...

THANKS ANYWAY BRO, as i said, im newby, and i dont know much about overclocking, but i got a visiontek geforce3, so can i overclock it?

yup, download the program NVMAX from www.nvmax.com and you should be able to overclock your video card...
