no, it looks like they send it to accounts that have used GCO in the past. there is a different -$10 bonus if it is the first order with GCO

I checked *ahem* all my gmail accounts that I remember which I've used for GCO and no emails.

You still may be able to get the discount even if you did not get the email. Try the link below. You have to add items to your cart, then click on Google Checkout, then login in to your Google Checkout account. Discount will then appear if it's going to work (discount will not appear prior to login).

Dang. I never get these emails and I've been using gmail for years, and used GCO several times even after I used my $10 off on the first purchase.
i got this too. think i'm gonna have to buy something that i don't need (as usual).
I got the $20/60 coupon but couldn't find anything useful for get, already bought the ballistix with the rev-card deal which I actually makes $10 bucks. Now I dont really see too much comp stuff on-sale there this week other than the PNY 8600GT card. If they had something more powerful like 9600GT I'd jump on it for an upgrade from my 7900GS.

The best way to search for something is by looking for a product that is as closely priced to $60 (not less) and has a rebate. That's what I'm looking for.

rseven, i already broke 50,000pts on my credit card and it's ALMOST 2 yrs that I've had it (that's just one card). I can now get a round trip ticket to Europe!! Too bad this card doesn't have better rewards. Either I can do that or get $500, but I feel like a card with better options would have given me something more worth for 50,000pts.

Right now the VX 550W seems like the best deal as the VX 450W is only $10 less. 2 x PCI-E connectors on the 550W as well, if anyone is thinking about SLI / Crossfire.

true but to fit my friend's budget i have to settle for the 450 for him... i wish it was easy to change the PSU in my system i'd take that 550w for myself!!

I checked with AMEX and all the CC info is correct in their file.
I've used it 5 times so far I think and made up totally obvious emails like 'PSU_10offGCO@gmail.com' hehe. I can't believe they didn't just reference name and address before, seems like a totally obvious thing to do. Wish I'd known how to 'hack' this $20 off before I bought my recent VX450. Ah well, at least I got the $10 to work on that :p, it's the purchase where the street name in the address is spelled wrong but still went through anyway that confuzzles me. It really shouldn't have been approved by the CC for that reason imo.
