Which wire to use

Ok right now I have a FastCat 5 ethernet wire. The other day I was buzzing around the net and went to Bestbuy.com. There they have a new FastCat 6 ethernet wire. I'm running with a cable modem and as of tomorrow I'll be downloading at a speed of 1,500. So should I stay with what I have or upgrade my wire to.

Running at 1.5M will in no way tax out even the worst quality Cat5.

No reason to spend the extra money.
