formatting and saving WUs

Is there any way to save the work in my queue and the WU im working on. I plan on formatting soon because for some reason I keep getting errors about core65.exe and related F@h files being corrupted. winXP is a total pos, and i have not been able to send the first WU i completed.

just back the whole F@H folder up on a CD or another HD, then just copy it back over once you install it again.
