P3125 to sloket, help

Hi, does anyone have the experience of mod a P3125 for the purpose of cooling a FC-PGA type of processor? i don't want to spend anymore money on this subject, and since p3125 is such an unbelievable powerful cooling device, so i figure why not reuse it? by the way, i don't have ANY power tools, so please make suggestions involve no (or fewer the better) of those things.
