Ensuring Your WaterBlock is Placed Correctly

As the title states, what is a good method to ensuring a tight and efficient seal? Thanks. :)

Screw it in or set the clips in order

I just set my waterblock (Swiftech Apogee) and screw down the 4 cap-screws in a criss-cross pattern. The corners are spring tensioned to maintain even pressure. How is your block secured?
