evga's step-up?

The terms of the step-up say that you can upgrade your card once. So, as I understand it this means if I buy card C today then later upgrade to B, that I can't later on upgrade to A.

Their use of the term "once" confuses me in the following situation. Let's say I buy two B cards and then a couple months later I want two A cards. Can this be done or when they say "once" does this mean once per customer?

It's once per card. It mostly means that you can't use the 2nd card which you get as a step-up to step-up again. Too bad, perpetual upgrade would be nice :p
