I have a G.Skill 2x1GB DDR2 800 kit which is rated at 5-5-5-15 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231098). I saw from some reviews that people were running them at 4-4-4-12 at even higher speeds than I am running them at (370 MHz). I gave the voltage a .1 bump and ran a full "cycle" of memtest with no errors. Does this mean I am all set? How do I know if these reduced timings are stable?

Also, should I try to go lower? Should I adjust any of the other timings besides those four?

I would run memtest through at least ten times at those settings, then do what ben suggested..

I usually run memtest #5 for about hour or two then move to prime.
