Lately I have been having a problem while viewing web pages on the net. This has just started about a couple weeks back. I will try to explain the best I can.
Here goes. When trying to view web pages I will be viewing just fine, then when scrolling down the page it just turns into one big mess. Words and script just start multiplying and gets all messy and can't view anything. I thought it might just be that one web page but it continues from there on to any other page I try to view. The only way to get it to go away is I have to exit my internet and restart my computer. I then get back online with no problem until after being on for a while.
I thought I may have gotten a virus so I ran nortons and it didn't catch anything. If anyone has any idea what I'm talking about and might have a suggestion I would be greatly appreciative for any help to clear up this problem. It has started to get really annoying. Thx:mad:

this would be a shot in the dark as it sounds to me like your internet explorer is corrupted.on your web pg right now, go to tools/internet options . check your settings. are you allocating enough memory for internet files? How many days for your history files?? less is better, takes up less space that way. check your other settings as well. you really don't want to load down your pc with lots of temp internet info. it does slow down your performance. like I stated earlier I'm just guessing on a fix for you. You verywell might find you need to re-install your internet explorer. it just a matter of pin-pointing the problem.

by the way this should really be posted in the os section of this forum...................hope this helps you.........tr

Yea, sounds like corrupted IE.
I had IE5.5 and I got black splodges, streatchmarks and jumbled text, downgraded to IE5 and all is well.
