Where can I get fans larger than 120mm? I know the Comair-Rotron is one, as well as where to get it. I'm just looking for other superfan possibilities.
Ones that run on 12V would be preferred, but if you find one that runs on AC go ahead and tell me about it too. :)

Slower fans make less noise, too.

the rpm is between 2100 / 3000 max .Its a 12 volt fan ,but they are 24 volt fan who can run at 12 volt, these fan are almost silent.

I have a 172mm fan and they are not silent at any speed - they are quiet up to around half speed (mine is a 3500rpm, 235cfm, 24V) but there is a reasonable amount of bearing noise relative to a smaller fan. Once you hit about 100cfm the air noise starts to become more of a factor and the noise picks up - below that speed doesn't make much diff in noise. :) I'd say that at low speed noise is comparable to a case fan, though it's less annoying as it's a low pitched rumble not a high-pitched scream.
If you guys are crazy like me.
The big square fans that you put in the living room and stuff you can replace your side covers with that :)
And for the top of the case you know those things you put in the kitchen windows for ventilation haha those thing can be your blow hole.
Crazy JHawk just read your signautre.
Your computer was stolen dude?

What kind of system was it? What system are you on now?

Only problem with those is that they aren't magnetically shielded.

My case side has no fans and my top blowhole has an 80mm at 7V, case airflow isn't as big deal for me as I have water - the 172mm is my radaitor fan :)

What kind of system was it? What system are you on now?Yep, stolen. It was a homebuilt 1Ghz PIII system, and I'm working on building the new one. Insurance covered the loss. New one's going to be an XP1600+ DDR system.
*continues to debate what to call the new one*
