Fan for a 8600 GT

Hi, I recently bought a XFX 8600 GT (was for a good price) and it seems to be working well except for the fact that the fan is pretty loud. After some searches I found that the fan is always on at 100% and can't be controlled with Rivatuner , nTune, or nvclock.

I'd like to know what suggestions anyone might have for a fan for the xfx 8600GT. An affordable, easy to install fan would be preferable.

how bout a stock working one from an xfx 8600gts oc? also use gpu-z, dump the bios and check out the fans speed section.
