Can I overclock?

I have a Dell Optiplex GX150, PIII800, 133FSB 128 PC133RAM, I want to know if I can overclock it and how to go about it. The motherboard is a Dell one with an intel 815i chipset. Unfortunatly I don't think its possible since Dell is a branded computer and they are notorious for knowing that branded computers don't have any option to change the FSB to overclock.
