well all I can do is maybe narrow it down for you... the top ones seem to be PNY, Hercules, Gainward, and possibly MSI... in no particular order:p

Gainward has a long reputation of being the best overclocking video cards.....ASUS, and ABIT are the best video cards in quality (just as they are in motherboards).....The Ti500 is the fastest vard out on the market...

I like the Visiontek one.

I heard they overclock very well and have very good image quality.

Look at the Leadtek also. It's getting some very good reviews! I just got one for Christmas. Check out

The one they tested Overclocked to 571. Not bad. Excellent for gaming, of course, and 2D is good also.

I like my PNY ,its only the ti200 ,but it has overcloked very well ;)
235/525 @ 151 fsb so far.The card will go further but not at that fsb, considering default is 175/400 ,I dont think its to bad.The card is awesome looking with polished aluminum and they look like chrome and carry a lifetime warranty,if you want to see a pic ,let me know and I will post one for you.

PS:My 3d mark is 8128 and thats with a regular athlon.

Ahh first I add..

In the User CP(Control Panel) there's an option to add an automatic signature so you don't have to do it manually its under "Edit Profile." Sorry just saves alot of time and stuff.

Overclocking a video card isn't hard it takes no skill really unless you have to apply cooling parts.

Although newer cards eg; Ti500, Radeon 8500, Ti200 etc. come cooled with ramsinks and their GPU cooled with a good hsf.

Same as a CPU sort of the video card runs on a core and memory speed similar to the FSBxMultiplier thing.

And you get a program that will adjust this.

So at every windows start it'll load the new core/mem settings.

Similar to a CPU overclock.

And the chances of you frying your vid card when ocing is very rare.

ok...I got a tweak utility..NVmax..seems to work good...not goint to over clock too far until i get better cooling though....seems that the stock hsf combo isnt good enough....
