Kt266 Ddr?

I have a single stick of 256mb DDR PC2100 , when i bench it in sisoft here what i get:

Mine: Int ALU/RAM Bandwidth 445 MB/s
Float FPU/RAM Bandwidth 444MB/s


Via KT266 PC2100 CL2 Int ALU/RAM Bandwidth 490 MB/s
Float FPU/RAM Bandwidth 650MB/s




i have the KT266 via chipset also, why are mine so low compared to the exact same thing? oh, and also my ram is cas latency 2 also. is there something in the bios that i am missing? im using this in the first system in my Sig. And my FSB is 133 . multi:9.0x
