Monitoring Bandwidth with Windows Server 2003 DHCP

Im looking for different (easier) ways to monitor the bandwidth of each IP addresses that our DHCP server (Windows 2003) assign. Is there a free program out there that allows me to do this? I used the Network Monitor tool thats built in, but what should I look for in terms of ip/mac addresses that is consuming the inet bandwidth?

The closest thing you can get to monitoring (that I know off the top of my head) would be wireshark so you can see what traffic is being generated, unless your firewall has some sort of counting or traffic monitoring on it.
