how do i upload something?

yea i need to upload something using ftp to someone. What do i put in internet explorer, or something. How do i do it? I have win2kpro

If you are going to use IE just put ftp://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx in the address bar. (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is the ftp ip addy)

Then, if you have upload priveliges, just drag and drop if from your computer to the IE window.

Like try CuteFTP Pro.

You add the host IP.

Login/Password

Port

And you'll be able to do your stuff.

the receiver side will need to setup a server tho... Can use something like ServU. Then the sender just needs to use a client like cuteftp or flashfxp. :D

How can that be any easier than opening up Internet Explorer and dragging and dropping, lol? It doesn't get any simpler than that...
