Nvidia GPU drivers

Hello everyone, I'm just wondering that in between the Manufacturer's driver or the one from OmegaDrivers.net, which one is the best? What are the differences?

169.21 seems to cover every issue previous, SLI, this is the last stable driver i;ve seen thus far, but i hear tweaksrus has a new one that scores rather nicely.
