need a pcie video card for my matx machine to start playing some game on low quality 1280x1024 .. any suggestions? the cheaper the better of course..
prefer nvidia :) but ati works too. Ill also be upgrading the matx to dual core and 2gb ram.

forgot to add the games i will be playing.. Age of Conan on very low settings, along with TF2 and other stuff

How about a price range then? My idea of low quality and cheap might be a bit different than yours. My idea of a good but relatively cheap vid card is $150 or so. :D

the matx rig in my sig.. its a Aspire XQpack
somewhat low profile is what i consider not a full size card, but not some dinky cheapy really small low profile card lol :screwy:yeah i know sounds crazy..
I had a 8800gts if i remember right in this case at one time but want something a little short to garuntee' room and airflow since its mostly a silent rig and no fans except cpu..

yeah something along that line, but need something decently powerful, none of that 8400gs crap :)

Well IIRC, 9600GT, 8800GT, 8800GTS all the same length. 8800GS/9600GSO might be a bit shorter.. The GTS will vent outside the case though, and shouldn't really hurt your airflow, might even improve it..
