newbies' question

hi pp, i know pretty much nothing about psu:( , and as now i got lots of stuffs inside of my case, i cannot help but wonder am i having enough power to sustain the whole case with my 250w sparkle power psu. i see those 12+-, 5+-, Vtt, Vio, and vbat readings, but i have no clues whatsoever what they mean, so can anyone just give me a brief intro on them, or some good links to read? thanks

Different PC's monitor different Voltage lines. Telling you what I have might not do, for what you have.
5v =cpu v's
3.3= memory v's (I think)

What others do you have?

also look further in the fourms here. I know there is a basic description given. I've seen it. (just don't remember where)
