I need 2 80mm fans for my side panel, so will I also need to buy 4 80mm grilles? I was thinking Panaflo.

I would suggest www.sidewindercomputers.com

I would also need 4 80mm grilles for the inside and outside of the case, right? Just want to be sure I wouldn't need a larger grille for the outside.

Same size, although, depending on where you put them, you may not need a grill on the outside...

SideWinderComputers.com has great varietys like Flouder mentioned and I heard great feedback from them.

I think you'll need the blowhole fins because then from there you can screw the grill onto the case itself...

Unless there's little space between the side panel and inside and there maybe wires that can come in contact I'd get them for both sides.

I've had good results from www.inflowdirect.com. They have grilles. rheostats, adapter wires. fans, heatsinks, templates, mod kits, fan screws, water cooling supplies, all in a very easy to use interface. They also carry the digidoc series.

I do most of my ordering at sidewindercomputers. I've always got a good price and it doesn't take long for you to get the stuff. I've even seen that a guy ordered from there and recieved it the next day. So I would have to agree go with sidewindercomputers.

I've always orderd from Bart Lane (http://1coolpc.com/home/) & have been happy with his service. He also has a great policy regarding customer satisfaction.

I usually value quick delivery times, and sidewindercomputers was about as fast as possible. If I recall correctly, it took fewer than 48 hours from ordering to the time I had package in hand.

I haven't dealt with them myself, but they do have a good selection and unbeatable prices.

I recommend using filters with your fans , I have used both types of filters and the ALuminum mesh filters are by far the best. The aluminum filter do not keep all the dust out but some and basically all the other stuff the best part is they hardly cut air flow. Beyond the filters you can still use 2 more grills if you want to.

I've used sidewindercomputer.com (http://www.sidewindercomputers.com) and KDcomputers.com (http://www.kdcomputers.com) both I recommend but if you use millisec.com (http://www.millisec.com) you can get the Aluminum mesh filters plus they sell some of the best Panflow 80mm fans out their and I of course recommend these guys too.

Go to eBay and type in panaflo in the search. I saw 5 80 or 92mm fans that give out great cfm and low dba. And guess what it was only $25 for all 5. I just check and a guy has 12 fans for $25. Go check it out.

Electronics Goldmine (http://www.goldmine-elec.com) has some 120 MM fans for $3. The fans are made by Delta, and are rated at about 84 CFM. I ordered a few from them and had no problems.

www.allelectronics.com (http://www.allelectronics.com)

120mm panaflows for 6.50 WITH FINGER GUARD. 80mm panaflows are around 2.50, but they dont come with the finger guard, have to buy that seperatly for .50 i think. Great site, very good prices.

The only problem is the fans all have bare leads, so you have to figure out some way to connect them, but for the price there great.

It is more than the fans that get dirty. I just took out my heat sink, and it was clogged with crap. Definately was hurting my cooling. Filters will help the overall cleanliness of everything in your case. Plus, I find that a filter muffles my 120mm, so it isn't so loud.
