BadAxe2 wont post w/ mem freq at 800

My system is as follows:

Intel D975XBX2
Pentium D E2160 @ 3.2ghz
Corsair Dominator PC2-8500 (Micron D9 IC's)
Silverstone ST-60F 600w PSU

I'm trying to get my board to post with the following settings, but it wont budge no matter how much voltage or relaxed timings I use.

FSB: 356mhz
Ref Freq: 266mhz
Memory Freq: 800mhz

This would yield a DDR2 equivalent speed of 1070mhz, which this ram is more than capable of handling. Is there something im missing? With memory frequency at 667mhz I have no problems at all, but 800mhz goes to hell. Any ideas? Thanks.

Did you set memory voltage and timmings manual? If not, try doing so.

Forgot about this one, up northbridge voltage.

I did 5-5-5-15 at 2.1v as advertised. Even tried 2.2v, no luck.
