I would say that it is not worth that price. I looked at a couple of reviews,

I don't have personal experience, but I don't think I would give it a try.
It sucks !!!
Its horrible. It's the worst heatsink on the Socket A/370 heatsink recommendations.
As well look at its stats.
24cfm...
4700RPM fan.
35dBA.
Thermal Resistance: 0.53 C/W !!!!!!!
The C/W is worst than AMD Retail Fan.

You can go with an SK-6 if you don't mind the scream of a Delta 38. If you want something that is really good AND quite, go with a Millennium Glaciator II. If you want the best, go with a Swiftech MCX 462. Just remember, the best will cost you, to the tune of around $72.00 every where that I've seen. Hope this helps.:)
Personally I'd recommend the Millennium Glaciator II.
Good price really about 40USD.
Its 3rd best heatsink.
If you don't care about cash or having a jet engine in your room then Swiftech MCX-462 or Alpha PAL 8045.
With the extreme heatsinks(Swiftech and Alpha) you'll need possible Delta fans that are pushing more than 65cfm to work at maximum performace.
I'd either go with the G2 or SK6 really bang of the buck.
