View Full Version : Norton Speed Disk not working under WinXP Pro
Clean install of WinXP. Everything else in Norton System Works 2002 seems to work ok under XP except for Speed disk. When I run it I get an error something like this:
"Speed disk cannot communicate properly with service NOPDB.EXE. If the problem continues try reinstalling System Works"
I looked at the list of running services and NOPDB.EXE is listed as 'started'. I tried reinstalling System Works but it didn't help. I also tried stopping and restarting that service but no help. I've done Norton's LiveUpdate and am at the latest level of SW2002. WinXP has all updates applied.
Any ideas?
