My flash stopped responding for some unknown reason - I tried U-storage, flashnul and some other soft - but nothing helped.
It can't be formatted or acessed.
Maybe the problem's caused by the Linux-image file (Fedora Core), which was copied on the flash in order to install from it.
Every time I plug in the flash a window appears with: "No disc, please insert a disc into \Device\Harddisk2\DR11.

Please help me I was so happy to have a 8 Gb USB flash - it's exactly sufficient for any of my copying needs and now it really upsets me:(...

Sure, right now I've got both linux and win installed, but I've tried different Windows XP soft for flash - and nothing helped - it can't be formatted or accessed:confused:
Forgot to mention that after the error message the flash is recognized by Windows as an empty CD disc, which still can't be accessed.
How can I fix that? How can I turn it back to be a flash disc?
Please help!!!!

Have you tried opening, Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Computer Managment > Storage > Disk Management > and looking if your flash drive shows up there ???
