Cd burner busted??

I was just burning a cd a minute ago...but all of a sudden it stopped and from there i can't read and burn cd's with my cd burner...i checked the cables, no problems there...

Is it busted??...does anyone have any sugesstions??

hmmm, sounds pretty busted to me..have you tried putting it in another box and testing it in there yet?

Have you tried to reboot. If you're using Easycd Creator that can happen. I have taken it off my system because it fails me so much. Gonna move to Nero 5.

My burner is busted...i've tried moving to a different comp and it still doesn't read and burn cds...and ya i've tried rebooting the computer...still doesn't work...
