Pretty much. I do some torrent downloads, when uploading for like 10mb speeds go over 100kbs and after drop below.

It seems like comcast powerboost and speedtest.net inflate results too much.

I have an office where I just installed Cogent fiber. 100Mbps up/down, I am to the point where I am seeing my network gear and PCs being the bottleneck.:eek:
