I think I have it.....

OK, here we go.

On the Overclockers Forum home page there is that little spot where it shows the NEWEST member to register on the boards. What if we come up with a "short and sweet" blurb about what FOLDING@HOME is all about and send each NEW member the private message.

We could keep track of what new member has recieved the "short and sweet" message by posting a short post in a STICKY thread in the F@H board.

The only problem I see with this, is that a lot of new members are still exploring and may not find their private message inbox for a little while.

So, what do you people think?

There's another forum which got lots of people angry for forcing F@H down their throats, and it's good to be careful with this, personally I think our recruiting now is sufficient.

Dang, y'know I just built a computer for my dad, and now that I'm 2000 miles away it dawns on me that I forgot to remove that burn in program I had running on it. fah.exe or something like that I think......

Nihili, That's a bit sneaky isn't it? ;) Of course I wouldn't know anything about adding a folding client(with registry edit to make sure it stays hidden and all) to any machines that I've been asked to repair. ;) (Need a big wink here) That was someone else doing that.
