Ok, I had my 1.2 oc'd to 1305 just by the fsb (145). It was getting around 55c after gaming for a few hours but it was stable.
I go down to my local computer store and bought a thermalright sk6 and some Arctic silver2 and installed it. I also did the "pencil trick" while I had my old fan (an antec twister)off.

Ok so now I can adjust the multiplier, yay. I put it to 9.5 from the 9.0 it was on and put the fsb at 133 (1266mhz). Windows loads but it hangs often. I tried different multiplier settings and fsb combos but it hangs all the time. I then set the multiplier back to 9.0 and tried to OC it just by fsb again. Well now It won't even run stable at 1200mhz anymore.............

the voltage is 1.85 if that helps, but that's where it always was.

Please help.

Welcome to OC.com :)

Well, I'd say it sounds like the HS/F isn't on quite right. Try pulling it, cleaning the core and HS, re-applying AS (as per their instructions) re-install and let us know how it went :D

??
It seems like it's on there pretty darn tight, and my temps are way better........ Once the 2 clips are on it's pretty well on there isn't it?

Sounds like the pencil thing is not perfect.
Remove the pencil stuff and see if the problem goes away.

Ok, should I just erase it or what? Any tips on what else may work besides a pencil??

Thanks

Yes a eraser works well.
