Turtle Team Stats

Here you will find the stats for the teams of those decrepit old computers that we have lying around.

They strive to be worthy of the overclockers team, so they have banded together to form a super-slow computer, the likes of which have been seen only as separate members on the inferior teams (any team which isn't us! :D)....so join up and watch the race here. :)

Here's the latest update as of 3 PM EST 1/6/02

Federation: 48
New Collective: 49
Turtle Team: 50

Unless the federation finds some members this is as close as it will ever be. Meanwhile the collective and the turtle are struggling to pull ahead of one another. Those old chunks of silicon are working harder than ever.

New Collective: 65
TC's Turtle Team: 59
Federation: 48


And I may have a few machines to add next week at the new job;)

Actually I didn't even realize that TC had dubbed his team the turtle team. I was just making an attempt at some humor! :D

I might add that TC's Turtle team is not so slow as many will think. It has an average of 7 hours per WU.....currently with my PIII850E@stock I'm crunching in that range a normal WU!!!!!

But being TC that has tons of computers, you might think that his slowest machine will be top of the line also ;)

But being TC that has tons of computers, you might think that his slowest machine will be top of the line also ;) The only machine I had running most of the time was a P3 600E. The hard drive crashed yesterday, so I'm completely down. I doubt I'll be fooling with it for a while.

I would contribute but my system is too slow, it has a crappy motherboard and I don't think it fully uses the 100% potential of my chip and I do WU's in 13 hours lol...

My slow crunchers are a k62 -450 and dual 400 mhz- average wu time of 18 hours!

That is exactly what this race is about: getting the slow machines processing work units without messing up anyones time averages! Join us! (If you want) But since Basher hasn't had anything crunching a while, and TC had a problem with his slow rig, I'd say one of them would be the team to join! (I'm currently unopposed!)

Current stats:

New Collective: 75
TC's Turtle Team: 59 (and broke down:( )
The Federation: 48 (and not currently crunching)

It looks like all WILL be assimilated!
