New PSU is it good??

BFG / 650-Watt / ATX / SATA-Ready / SLI-Ready / EPS / Power Supply.
Is this a good PSU??? BGF is a well established company. Until recently I only associated BFG with video cards.

Any way it has to be loads better than the Orion I have today.

Please toss me some feed back while it is easy to cancel the order if nessesary.....

For what you're running, it's actually overkill. It's a Topower OEM, which isn't "great" but it's definitely better than the HEC Orion you had.
