Hi all,
I ordered a duron 950 and a Shuttle AK31 board on Dec 21, right before Christmas. On the 27th, the motherboard arrived, way ahead of time. I checked their website, and it had the order at step 3 of 5 in their warehouse. But, it was actually delivered to me at that point! So, I called them up to check the status of the other part of my order, the cpu. I wasn't upset with them at all, to the contrary, I was very impressed. The guy who answered the phone was a little surprised that my motherboard had been delivered so soon, and he informed me that my cpu was scheduled to ship out the next day (Dec 28). That was fine with me, so I thanked him and hung up. Then, about 20 minutes later, I received an email from Newegg that informed me that the shipping on my cpu was being upgraded from standard to 2 day. Sure enough, it arrived on Jan 2 as expected by the fedex tracking number. Note that they did not charge me any extra for the shipping upgrade, they just did it. Needless to say, I'm highly impressed with their service.
