Need memory suggestion for EVGA 750i

i plan to use the EVGA 750i MOBO with an E8400. Ill eventually be using the SLI for 2 8800GTS cards. I want 4GB of RAM so im wondering what DDR2 RAM would be good for this setup? It say the board is rated at DDR2 1066. Does that mean i have to use that speed RAM?
