Ghost works great - once you figure it out.

Briefly:

Make a boot disk (Not a Windows startup disk!), copy the ghost executable to it.

Install the new HDD as slave.

Reboot from the floppy, run ghost.

Image drive to drive, selecting the 20 as the source, and the 40 as the destination.

Agree to the new partition sizes, then get things started.

Go get a cold one and wait a while.

Once done, power down, remove the 20, set the 40 to master, and reboot.

Enter BIOS, verify that the new drive is detected, then boot.

Run a full scandisk - including a surface scan first thing as a precaution.

Good luck.

Thanks, my problem is my floppy is possessed or something and I can't boot from it anymore

Floppy works fine in windows but when I wanna boot from it it reads the disk and proceeds to do nothing

I'm thinking i'll have to buy a new floppy drive
