XP not seeing 3GB of ram?

I just bought 2GB of this ram http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=14504&vpn=OCZ4002048ELDCPE-K&manufacture=OCZ%20Technology

I ran the 2 sticks on their own and they work but when I have all 4 slots XP still only sees 2GB. I am running at 2T too btw.

32 or 64 bit xp? 32 bit only reads something like 3gb max, but other factors can cause that to drop. 64 bit can use a lot more :)
