1.2Ghz Athlon with Soltek - Overclocking Ideas?

I am a 'n00b' with overclocking so can someone give me some ideas on how to overclock my CPU without doing anything too crazy??!?!? :D :D

I have an T-Bird 1.2Ghz Processor with a Soltek Motherboard.

Try reading some of the articles on the front page for ideas. The simplest way would to be to look in the BIOS and increase the FSB frequency. What type of Soltek mobo is it? 75DRV, 75DRV2, 75KAV?
Is the Athlon one with a 133MHz bus or 100MHz bus. Finding these things out will make overclocking a lot easier.
