As the title states I need some help finding a decent 90° connector that will securely hold my 1/2 tubing. I started my wc build this weekend and decided that I am going to mount the radiator on the top of the case. However where I would like to have the tubing enter back into the case I'd like a 90° fitting.

I really don't want to have to swing out the tubing to make the bend. The way I have it spec'ed at the moment is that only the barb section of the radiator is hanging over the back side of the case, so I'd like a straight line of tube from the top to the entry point. Then a 90 to go into the case.

I was looking at aircraft fittings but can't seem to find one that I would be comfortable sealing tubing with.

Any help would be appreciated. This is pretty much the final puzzle piece of my build. The rest is going to be lots of bondo, cutting, sleeving, mounting, painting, and... powdercoating :burn:.

Regards in advance,
Evomac

However, if you can find two 45s, youll have less pressure drop.

I don't think that would work. I need something with a barb connector on each side. That threaded end won't help me much since I don't have anything to screw it to.

It's going to be rad -> tube -> fitting -> tube

I see, I thought you were going Rad > Fitting > tube inside case.

Id hit up http://www.mcmaster.com/ They have anything you could ever want. Im currently using them to buy parts for a homemade turbojet...
What you want would probably be part number 5372K373, but feel free to look around for something else if you want.

I found this (http://www.petrastechshop.com/1odbaco90el.html) on Petra's after your first post. I just placed a order with them today, so I shot their customer service a email to see if they can add it to my order rather then have to make another order and pay another $7 for shipping. If they can't add it to my order, I'm going to pick up the ones that you linked to me.

I am actually not mounting the rad on the back side. It is going on the top of the case. I initially planned to mount the radiator inside of the case, but with receiving the radiator and never opening my case box, it seems I overestimated the size of the Armor+. So I am going to take that ugly plastic shroud that comes on top of the case and butcher it to fit my 320 rad to overhang just enough for the barbs to come straight down. The Armor+ is not as big as I had thought. I sort of wish I went with a TJ07 or a Stacker since they have better mount points for a 320 size radiator. I could probably fit 4x 220 rad's in the case, but nothing that great for a 320 in my case.

You need 3/4" copper long radius ells.
Heat up the tubing, slip it on, and clamp it.
