Why does this have TWO data connections on the back?

To daisy-chain multiple ones together? I'm not sure. Strange it doesnt have a SATA power connector on it, but it has 2 SATA ports. Or it may have to do with the SAS option. SAS uses a slightly different key on the connector.

Ummm... says right in the review...

The back shows two SATA connectors, a four pin power connector and the 40 mm cooling fan:

Use the yellow port for an SAS hard drive and the black port for a SATA drive - no daisy chaining possible.
