Water Cooling: No hoses

If I used copper or alluminum pipes allover the case to go between the header tank, radiatior, pump and water block would I notice a large difference? (I would use hose to connect the pipes to the different pieces so I could change them at a later stage, IE upgrades).

In a way making the whole system one huge radiator.

Any thoughts? :)

The length if piping probably wouldn't be sufficient to radiate much and it'd be a PITA to work on the comp or change the cooling. On the other hand leaks are very very unlikely with copper piping. :)

someone did it with copper pipe. I do not think it changed his temps, but it looked very good.
